Vintage 1960s Wood Folding Camp Fishing Stool. Blue Stripe Fabric Seat.
This little camp stool came from the basement of an elderly neighbor of mine. She and her husband used it in the 1960s when they had large gatherings at their lake-side cabin in Lake Barkley in Kentucky. This isn't the original seat material, but it's still vintage. It's a charming blue and white ticking fabric.
This stool has one issue that I can see: The material is lightly soiled where it wraps around the wood frame. This is to be expected for an item over 60 years old.
Lightweight, foldable, portable, still very useful--and loaded with rustic charm. Perfect for a cabin or woodsy-themed room.
